Highly recommend! Airsource 1 installed a new ASHP with underfloor heating and radiators upstairs and the service has all been amazing. We now have a very cosy house, work was very tidy and Shawn and John always went the extra mile to explain everything to us and make sure we got the best out of our heating system.

My daughter contracted Airsource 1 to install a new heating system with an air-source heat-pump, new water tank and radiators. We were really impressed with the way the whole company looked after us; from early advice, then expert custom design for the accommodation, accommodating our specific requirements, the high quality of the workmanship, the skill and diligence of the installation staff and very efficient administration and hand-over. The house is very cozy, we’re very pleased with it. An excellent and professional job, I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of doing the same, we’d definitely use them again if the situation arose. Andy R, Black Isle

The engineers seems ok, althou still learning systems as ours seem to be different from what they usually do. But the office is horrible with their responses.. even sending the invoice for work done took them 2 months.. to hear anything back form them is quite challenging... Still waiting on a further repair quote for months now. Price is reasonable. Engineer arrive on time when you eventually get a time booked.and leave the home clean. Stayed overtime to ensure we had heating when it wasn't working.

Contacted them on February for a problem with my heating system ( heat pump ) paid £500, they "solved" the problem in one month. For a month the heating system worked well then the same problem returned. Contacted them, no answer, last email sent ( 4 in total ) a week ago, they have read the email ( I have proof ) but no answer. Avoid. I paid a lot of money to solve a problem, they even changed a piece that they said was defective and the problem is still here. Money spent to have nothing in return

Had an issue with heat pump, contacted them and they responded quickly. Office very friendly and helpful. Engineers very helpful too.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
