This is a very straightforward 5-star review. Our experience with McInnes Group was absolutely fantastic. They provided clear instructions and helpful prep work ahead of time. The team was friendly, professional, and took great care throughout the process, handling the installation smoothly. I was especially happy with how the team took all the necessary precautions, and there was no need for redecoration afterward. The work took about three days, and they kept us updated at the end of each day about what had been completed, what was still to come, and the estimated timeline for finishing up. Overall great experience 👍🏼

Great service from start to finish. All of those involved from marketing to installation and commissioning of our new solar panels and battery were on time, efficient, approachable and competent. Work was carried out very professionally with minimal fuss and our house and grounds left neat and tidy on completion. In all, a very positive experience. Many thanks to the onsite team including Stuart, James and Chris, all of whom very approachable and knowledgeable and answering many of our queries while completing the project to a very high standard. All communication was quick and clear, and we were booked in without any delays apart from that caused by bad weather in January. Work commenced as planned in February, with the on-site team completing all the works, external and internal, most satisfactorily within three days. Delighted with our new solar system and we would highly recommend McInnes Group, and would like to thank them for all their assistance and advice before, during and after successful installation.

It's now 7 months after McInnes installed our heatpump and we're still very happy with it, 100% recommend! Our heating bills are about half of what they were last year. The entire McInnes team were very friendly and knowledgeable. On the day of installation the delivery driver accidentaly tipped over the heat pump unit, causing a few dents and scratches. McInnes had it returned to their HQ and brought a new one, simply to not take any chances. Very impressed with the service. After all works were done they cleaned up everything as well, which we were very grateful for!

We have no hesitation at all in giving a 5 star rating to the McInne Group after the installation of the Air Source heat Pump. The work was carried out most efficiently by their excellent team on site. We were kept well informed, both before and during the work which was to remove our old electric storage radiators, install and plumb the new radiators and water tank. All done in a day and a half by their punctual, hard working and very polite personnel. On completion the site was left extremely neat and tidy even to the extent of removing the turf where the ASHP was located. Grateful thanks to all concerned.

We've just had our Givenergy solar battery installed by McInnes. The whole experience, from initial inquiry to final commissioning was flawless and carried out in the highest professional capacity. We cannot recommend them highly enough. As to the battery and associated installations; it is early days yet, but from our first few days of low winter sun, we have hardly used any grid energy at all - exactly what we wanted. Also, the Givenergy app is easy to use and gives excellent graphics and data on how the system is operating. One happy customer
