Fantastic ASHP install from Niall and Kai and their respective teams. Clean, efficient work, great communication, and a system that performs well so far. Quiet operation, good speed to heat‑up, and lower running costs already. Highly recommended.
From Naill who came out for the initial consultation to the the three employees who did the installation- amazing friendly competent staff. Eyrk, Kai and Johnny were very very hardworking. Never stopped.
I like to use local companies where I can and would recommend McInnes group from Office staff to Installers for the profesional way they conducted themselves , they not only explained every step but did it in away that I could understand.
I am pleased to recommend McInnes group for installation of an Air Source heat pump system. Their engineer who designed and quoted for the system was extremely thorough, took the time to check every angle of the job. We had approx six week wait for installation, but once they arrived their teams worked very efficiently there was no mess left laying about and did their utmost to keep us safe out of harms way. I would use again in the future.
Full heating system installed including combi boiler, new radiators, and all pipes replaced. Great team of guys. Very thorough and efficient install process. Very helpful and informative. Happy to answer all my questions and helped with changing size of radiators at short notice. Thanks.
