The reviewers giving 5 stars work for the firm. They are the most incompetent “firm” I have ever seen. They are arrogant, unprofessional and incompetent. They attain contracts from local boroughs then sub out the work to cheaper subcontractors that don’t have a clue what they are doing. The workers are rude and mostly young men who doss around doing absolutely nothing on site. PLEASE WEAR PROTECTIVE GEAR ON ROOFS! You are endangering your own lives!!!!

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I was seriously disappointed with my experience. The project took far longer than initially promised, and communication was poor throughout the process. The quality of the work also wasn’t what I expected. Several details felt rushed or unfinished, and I’ve had to bring in someone else to correct issues that should have been done properly the first time.

They are not professionals. they charge ridiculous amount of money and deliver very poor quality work. I'll have to pay other guys to put the work right. Never ever use them or recommend them to anyone. Avoid like plague.

This company is a white collar scam they take contracts for A grade quality and do the job c grade then they don't complete the job and promise u that they will come back to finish and never show up. They ruined my bathroom and took 8976 pounds and 16 pence and now i am looking for another contractor to fix it.
