Truly I cannot recommend Kostas highly enough. We first met him brought in two years ago when we had our kitchen fitted. Because we already had a long list of items left unfinished by previous engineers, we asked him if he were able, could he have a look at these things and either help or suggest someone who could help. Bless him, over the next few months he tirelessly worked through our house restoring the health and functionality of our heating and plumbing system so that, for the first time in 8+ years, we no longer had any leaks or heating issues. This culminated in everything from showers to water usage working efficiently and in a way that it always should have. Kostas is 100% amazing. His commitment and dedication are rarely seen in this industry today, but he will always go above and beyond to help. And will hold himself accountable, even if the problem wasn't his in the first place. He will make it right. So now he's the first person we call, all the time.
