Very pleased with my GivEnergy PV+battery installation. AspectE offered a one-stop-shop for scaffolding, installation and electircal works. My installation was not simple, as I wanted to support some heavy loads - Kevin, Emma and the team were incredibly patient and accommodating until we found the right design for my needs. Installation team were fab and very tidy. System installed is exceeding my expectations. Like any new system, we hit a couple of teething issues - the AspectE team were very responsive and addressed all my concerns. Would happily recommend.

From the initial telephone contact we were treated with respect a very prompt home visit was arranged. The information given was helpful and informative. The installation went ahead as planned efficiently, all aspects of the new system were explained. Post installation advice has been sought and given at no extra cost. The service has been first class, the installers always pleasant and helpful. Installed solar panels batteries and car charger points. I would recommend aspect to anyone thinking of having a solar installation.

Aspect were very helpful in helping me understand the different options of EV charger available to me, best suited to my vehicle. After an initial site visit, I was booked in nice and quickly for an installation with one of their own knowledgeable engineers. The installation was well organised and quick, Aspect were prompt and professional and I’m very pleased with the end result. My car now charges in under half the time and I have the scope to feed Solar energy to the device in the future. Overall a friendly and professional service.

We had leaks around 2 velux windows in our extension, Aspect advise the tile overlap was insufficient and provided a quote to retire the roof. Not the cheapest, but gave the best advice. Work started well, however there were a few serious issues with how the job was completed and a lack of communication. Resolved successfully, but I would want reassurance on timeframe if I used the company again.
