Norfolk Renewable Heating quoted for our heat pump install The survey and quote was provided quickly and the heat loss survey carried out professionally however we ended up proceeding with Greenwave Renewables due to them offering a guarenteed SCOP, a cheaper price with comparable hardware and 1 years free service. Unfortunately of the 4 companies we contacted and 3 we had quote, Norfolk Renewable Heating were the only to charge for the heat loss survey, @ £240 non refundable but deductible if we proceeded with them. For this reason its hard to recommend short listing them for heat pump installs.
