I have just had a visit from one of your employees ,Ken, to check my fire alarm/ gas safety check & cannot thank him enough for being so understanding about my home circumstances. Thank you very much Ken, you're a kind & caring man.
I don't know what to do anymore, they have kept me waiting all week to fix my gas boiler and every day they just don't turn up. I cannot take it anymore, I am a council tenant and the council don't help. I need to get someone to advocate for me because I don't know what else to do. I feel like killing myself
I have had an amazing experience with the Aston group. Having had to move through bereavement circumstances the staff at Aston group have gone above and beyond to help us settle in to our new accommodation in Waltham Forest. They have really been second to none and honestly a big thumbs up to the whole group for all your hard work commitment and care with all you do. Can't praise you enough for everything you do and easy to contact easy to reach and always with a smile and at hand to help. That's all the staff at Aston.
