⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I had a bit of an emergency with my macerator and I called Sharon at Sean Brown. Sharon was exceptional and acted with the urgency that was needed and sent over one of the plumbers, Scott. Scott was a delight to work with and immediately diagnosed the problem. He was empathetic to my situation and unhooked my toilet so I could get in there to clean things up! Scott just came back today and got me up and running. He is polite, great sense of humour, attention to detail and did a great job explaining to me what happened and showed me what he did to the macerator to have it work properly going forward. All this happened in less than 24 hours and I thank Sean Brown for their urgency and excellent service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’m very happy with the service. The engineer was very professional and provided excellent service during the heat pump inspection. He always used shoe covers when coming in and out of the house, which I really appreciated. As we have a cat at home, we can’t leave the door open while the inspection is being carried out. He was very thoughtful and made sure to close and lock the door each time he went between the garage and the house. It was a small detail, but it showed how careful and considerate he was. After the inspection, we also found that one part had not been connected correctly. I contacted the team by email, and they responded quickly and arranged for an engineer to come back and resolve the issue. Overall, I really appreciated the care, quick response and good service from the team. Thank you!
After finding out their was a leak coming from my apartment I researched reviews on local plumbing firms and contacted Sean Brown Plumbing and Heating ltd. Within a few hours Scott arrived and traced the leak. Two days later the leak was repaired. I was kept informed at all times on work being carried out and also there was no mess as Scott and his team cleaned up after their work. I will recommend anyone to use this company as they are prompt, everything was stress free and work was carried out to a high standard.
Sean and his team did a great job on what was quite a complex upgrade of our Vaillant Heat Pump system. His team are really helpful, knowledgeable, polite and patient when I asked lots of dumb questions about how to work the new system. My wife was especially delighted with the really smart way they enclosed the outside pipework. Always feel good to support local business and I have the comfort that they close bye if needed in a winter crisis.
