Combi boiler installation and relocation to airing cupboard: My experience with BGM started with a very good survey which filled me with confidence that I was dealing with a good company. There was some additional details that needed clarifying and again BGM stepped up with another visit. The quote I received was clear and concise, in fact, it was one of the best quotes for clarity that I have ever received. The installation took just short of two days and the team worked extremely hard over those two days to deliver a top quality installation. Before leaving, they walked me through everything and help set up the Halo app. I would be very happy to use BGM again in the future or to recommend BGM to friends and family. One last thing to say, is I was kept informed at all times and all communications with BGM was responded to in a timely manner. The engineer also called me before arriving on site.

Tues afternoon the gas boiler failed during a very cold week, Called BGM for a engineer. We'd morning Ben came and traced the fault to a pressure relief valve, Placed the item on order, Friday afternoon Ben whith an (apprentice nice to see) arrived with the new valve the new valve is situated in the back of the boiler, To save removing from the wall he had an ingineus idea rearrange the pipeing to the outside of the boiler, We would like to thank Ben,for a neat job, Very Best Regards Tony.

We’ve used BGM for many years. Great service. Booked online and the engineer came out the same day and resolved the issue quickly. I also signed up for their service plan which offers repairs and services. Just one issue, what happened to the jokes on the banner at the Robin Hood roundabout?

BGM did a Mira pumped shower install for us. Visited when agreed for a quote, and visited when agreed 2 days later for work. Top quality workmanship from Ben (though can’t check for leaks yet as bathroom unfinished). Wasn’t the cheapest, but glad we used them.
