Joshua and the team have been excellent. It has either been Joshua or Tom who have done the work. They can do it all, from the fitting of the pipes, the ASHP, the electrics. No subcontractors. They turn up when they say they are going to turn up. They contacted our UFH provider directly to sort out a problem. They just sorted it all and turned up when they said they were going to. Great service and great communication.
A very professional service! Joshua is always really prompt and helpful when we have our boiler serviced. Would highly recommend!
Josh came out twice too complete a set of bathroom taps he had to grind the taps off due to rust and corrosion in which took longer than he thought the old taps must have been on for over 40 years
Highly recommended! I contacted the team via WhatsApp on Saturday, received a prompt reply on Monday, and by today, my heat pump system was already fully repaired and working perfectly. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable. Every single staff member I dealt with was incredibly polite, professional, and highly efficient. Outstanding service from start to finish!
Honestly can’t recommend BINFIELD RENEWABLE enough ,came on time found the issue and all booked in to be fixed, glad we have finally found a reliable trustworthy plumber to sort and service our heat pump. Thank you
