We first met Thomas after Covid when British Gas HOMECARE let us down again and again. Thankfully they were cancelled and Thomas now does our boiler service and upkeep. He also then did the mother in law and some of our neighbours. Thoroughly nice guy, professional and reliable. I recommend 100%. Update Jan 2026: I’ve used Thomas several times since my first review and he still provides a first class service.
Thomas managed to book my boiler maintenance and repair within really short time. He is really experienced, has in-depth knowledge, and a fantastic approach to his work and to the customer, both professional and with empathy, as when something as important as heating fails, it affects every family's safety and life on many levels. Great work. Came and provided quote quickly. Good value quotation. On agreed date he arrived on time and completed the quoted work. All aspects of the work were completed to high quality. He was tidy at work and thoroughly cleaned up. End result: new boiler and some replumbing making my house quicker to heat and more efficient. I will be using TS Heating and Gas again to service my boiler and maintain the system.
