Steve and his fabulous team have just supplied and fitted us with a heat pump. What can we say about the fabulous team: Steve explained everything in detail and went over everything we didn’t understand. Ashley very hard working and friendly lad easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Lucy is a credit to her Dad. Hard working, friendly and very confident our 4 year old daughter fell in love with her and Lucy made time to play with her. Nothing has been too much for them every room had to be converted to the new system and you wouldn’t know where they have been. Steve stayed late when it was up and running to make sure everything was working as it should before he left and even phoned on a Sunday (personal time) to make sure all was ok. Every text and phone call was answered along with questions we had. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
