5 star job, called Enerus Home Services to come repair a leaking toilet, Lee came out same day and fixed the issue. Great service, no waffle and super helpful. Will definitely use again. Thanks again Lee. Much appreciated again. Highly recommend Lee for any plumbing works.

Highly recommended. We've had no heating or hot water for 3 weeks while a different company was trying to fix it. Lee from Enerus went out his way to come out and it only took him couple minutes to get it back up and running. Any more issues will definately be contacting this company.

Lee was absolutely great - he came promptly, explained the central heating fault and went the extra mile to go out for the part and return to instal it straight away. I was so impressed by his professionalism that I hope to be asking him to look at a bathroom replacement next year. Thank you Lee.

We were matched with Lee and his Team via Heatable, and consider ourselves very lucky given the outstanding service they provided. We were quite surprised when what was meant to be a standard boiler replacement turned into a new gas installation, but the Team was extremely knowledgeable, supportive and resourceful, which kept our frustration levels at bay. Lee is particularly clued up re guidelines and regulations but he still made several phone calls to ensure his initial assessment was accurate; we are grateful for his patience and good humour. The lads worked really hard (went under the floor (!) to install the pipes), and kept checking we were ok with the solutions they were proposing when architectural features of the house made it impossible to "hide" the pipes in the wall. Lee and his Team went the extra mile to ensure the final result was optimal and that we were happy - they replaced a rusty stop tap, and sourced a new radiator in one (!) evening. Lee's high work ethic and honesty are worth mentioning as well; we prepaid to power flush (deep clean) the radiators, which Lee advised was not needed, putting our savings ahead of his personal gain. Last but not least, the lads were neat and tidy, very easy to talk to, and appreciated nice coffee :) We look forward to seeing them again - we already booked Enerus for our annual boiler service!

I contacted Enerus Limited last year 2024 for our first annual service on our Ideal Heating Air Source Heat Pump. This is the second year 2025 Lee has serviced our Air Source Heat Pump. Lee takes the time to explain what a service consists of and provides a full emailed report on our system, he is happy to talk through any questions we have and takes the time to explain in full detail. Enerus Limited offer a very competitive price for their service compared to other companies, Lee genuinely enjoys his job. Lee is very polite and professional.
