Hunted around for a better deal for our SME manufacturing company. Blue NRG's pricing was amazing, compared to our current supplier. The sign-up & transfer process was easy & quick. Highly recommend, if you are searching for a better deal
Since I joined this company and have only received my bill on time for the first month, after that only late payment notifications, customer service does not help you at all, when you ask to speak to someone else or a supervisor no one is available and they last bill arrived with 2 days to expire. Your company is a disappointment maybe employ people that are capable of doing their job not just to take calls with no knowledge and only there to collect late payment fees..
Stay away from this company, they are totally incompetent, terrible customer service and constant error in bills, and also very dishonest as the don't keep proper records of conversations and then argue based on that. Worse than Telstra !
BlueNRG's specialised customer service was very prompt and definitely adds value to the overall experience.
Great phone customer service. Short wait times on phone calls too. Their pricing beat most of the big guys too. Worth checking them out.
