We had 2 issues in the same week. We had an issue with our hot water/thermostat followed by a leaking toilet. Sandeep came highly recommended. He was prompt, knowledgeable and talked us through what the issue was and what was needed to fix the problem. We also discussed long term plan. He will always be in our lives for any plumbing or heating needs.

Sandeep serviced the central heating boiler today. Neither the pump nor the fan were working as the boiler had been turned off for months. But Sandeep managed to get both working again so saved us having to replace them. I would definitely use Sandeep again.

I had a recurring issue with my boiler where I used to reach out to quite a few engineers to fix it and it was always temporary fix, so a friend recommended Heathrow Heating. The service that was provided was excellent, Sandeep was able to identify the problem and fix it, and I have never had a problem with my boiler since then. Overall I would say - Excellent service, reliable and not too expensive. Would highly recommend this company.

VERY BAD, PLEASE AVOID THIS GREEDY RIP OFF PERSON. Very bad Service engineer. Very expensive and complete rip off. Before you even know with his pressure and other technique he will make you pay him hundreds of pounds then you realize it was just 15 mins job he did and still it is half done. We asked him for disconnecting one 5 mm small gas pipe for which he charged hefty few hundreds pounds. After disconnecting that 5 mm pipe, he then shook and pulled that small pipe unusually hard on the side of inlet joint which was totally unnecessary. He then said there is another very minor leak now which he can only fix with additional thousand pounds payment. He said he will need to replace all the pipes. Rather than fixing this newly developed very minor leak on the same 5 mm pipe joint, he asked for additional thousand pounds to get that sorted. He did not do job properly, charged hundreds of pounds and left it half done with another leak. Then we called another Gas safe certified engineer who came and quickly tracked and fixed this very minor leak in 10 minutes which was on the same 5 mm pipe joint and as expected it was within 1 foot distance from where this guy originally disconnected it and subsequently hard pulled shook that very inlet joint. This new engineer only charged £25 to cut it off from the joint and fixed this new leak. SO PLEASE AVOID THIS GREEDY RIP OFF PERSON AT ALL COST working as HEATHROW HEATING & GAS Ltd. Additional note : You charged us for diagnosis although your diagnosis was not complete, was inaccurate and not thorough and that is my feedback. You wanted me to spend more than thousand pound for fixing very minor leak that took just 10 minutes for other honest decent engineer to fix. In your reply what you are saying about not mentioning about previous engineer visit (we spoke 4 times prior evening on this) and hiding it from the occupier is all made up and incorrect as occupier was aware and present there and supportive of the situation. I do not want to get into more discussion with you but above is my feedback and we are free to give that.
