These people are truly outstanding! I had a difficult and somewhat complicated issue with regards to my apartment air conditioning. It was something that had been a concern for a while. I only wish I had got in touch with the team at BSE FM sooner because once they were engaged they were able to rapidly identify and fix the issue more swiftly than I could have imagined. Brilliant!

The team at BSEFM fitted a couple of air to air heat pumps for us to heat a large kitchen, seating area downstairs which we had struggled to heat for a long time. The process was very smooth from first contact to the quote and installation. They are a very professional team and communication was great. No issues at all. Highly recommended.
