After several phone calls and messages I have given up trying to get a quote to service a solar thermal system. All very polite on the phone, and promises of getting back to me numerous times. I'm now in urgent need of a service before winter potentially damages the system. If you don't want this work, don't advertise it, and have the balls to say it so people can move on. Thankfully after searching hard again have found someone.

The erection of scaffolding and installation was spot on, polite, friendly, professional and efficient. Getting to the point of installation was frustrating at times having to chase for details and dates. Still not selling energy back to grid….not wrights responsibility as previously advised when taking out the contract and not the responsibility of my energy provider either it seems - was led to believe this would all be taken care of after almost two weeks bouncing back and forward between both, I have four weeks to wait for that to happen. Not impressed with that but it’s a compact installation.

Unsolicited letter through the postbox saying they’ve looked at my roof and it’s suitable for 10 solar panels. Well it is, that’s true, because I already have them. Feels a bit of a scam therefore.
