Full Air Source Heat Pump installation, including all external groundwork and decommissioning of oil system. Very helpful, highly experienced and competitively priced.
Brilliant service; works carried out professionally and in a timely manner. 3 sets of basin taps; 1 set of bath taps installed and a rather pesky toilet seat removed and all done at a great price!

LH Cook has been looking after Mulberry House, a wedding and events venue in Ongar, Essex, for over 10 years. During this time, they have installed, maintained, and serviced multiple boilers and central heating systems across our site. In January 2026, LH Cook completed a full overhaul of our main house plant room. The project included the installation of two large commercial boilers, new hot water cylinders, a new flue system, and a complete flush of our central heating network. Due to the nature of our business, we had a very limited 10-day closure period in which to complete the works. Jamie, working alongside Clayton, oversaw the project from start to finish. As is often the case when working within a Grade II listed Georgian property, several unexpected challenges arose throughout the installation. Jamie took complete ownership of these issues, consistently finding thoughtful and practical solutions. Rather than opting for the quickest or easiest approach, he ensured that every solution was sympathetic to the character and fabric of the building, even when this meant additional time and effort for his team. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail throughout the project was exceptional. Equally impressive has been LH Cook's aftercare and ongoing support, which has always been prompt, professional, and reliable. Lewis, who oversees the business, is highly committed to customer service and ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget. His proactive communication and hands-on management give clients complete confidence throughout the process.
