I’ve waited 4 months (over the winter) to give a review as I tend to think that comments posted 2 minutes after any work has been completed or a product has arrived are not that useful. Joe’s team (under Aaron) installed a new boiler and tank for us in our loft in Martock. The job didn’t appear easy but the team did an excellent job. They were here for a number of days and were a pleasure to have around. They were very professional and left the site looking immaculate. I have no hesitation in recommending Carbin Heating and will use them again. Thanks very much.

Carbin Heating installed a full oil-fired boiler central heating system, including new oil tank, hot-water cylinder and TRV radiators throughout our 17th Century farm house, over the course of a week. Their service, from initial survey to completed installation was exemplary. Turning up on time, friendly & polite, taking time to explain everything; nothing was too much trouble. Workmanship was top quality and the result is a beautifully warm house. No hidden extras or surprises in the costs, in fact they exceeded our expectations consistently. Highly recommended!

We recently upgraded from our old oil boiler to a new heat pump and cylinder system, and the entire experience has been exceptional from start to finish. The team were professional, knowledgeable, and impressively tidy throughout the installation. Our home already has full underfloor heating, solar panels, and battery storage, so finding the right replacement for our loud, inefficient oil boiler was important. The new heat pump has been a huge improvement — it’s significantly quieter, provides much more consistent hot water temperatures, and integrates perfectly with the rest of our system. It’s also reassuring to know we’re now using a cleaner, more environmentally friendly heating solution. The workmanship is outstanding, with every part of the install clearly completed with care and attention to detail. Everything looks tidy, well-organised, and built to last. We honestly couldn’t be happier with both the service and the final result. "I am very happy with the work done by Carbin Heating. They replaced my old floor-standing boiler with a modern Worcester 4000 system. They were incredibly professional and took the time to do a proper pressure test overnight to ensure no leaks before commissioning. They are much more personal and friendly than the big national 'box-shifter' companies. The quality of the pipework is excellent. Had Carbin in to service our boiler. We have never used them before but without doubt a very efficient company. Andy the engineer arrived on time, did a thorough service and explained all the results to us before he left. Very tidy and friendly, good communications throughout.
