We have been a customer of Tincknells for some 35 years for supply of oil and that service has been unfailingly excellent. Our heating engineer during all this time recently retired so now we needed help with service for the boiler which had been somewhat neglected. Again the service has been first class. Our boiler is 16 years old and Jamie, the operative, worked very hard to sort the problems. He was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. We feel very fortunate we can call on Tincknells for ongoing service and in the not too distant future will ask for a boiler replacement.
