We initially called Warren out after our boiler decided to stop working. He was with us within a couple of hours, had diagnosed the problem and then arranged to come and fix the problem at a later date (due to no suppliers being open on the weekends). Come to the day of fixing and the supplier had sent the completely wrong part, Warren then bent over backwards to ensure we had hot water that day, despite the issue. He also serviced the boiler at the same time, so fingers crossed we now have a trouble-free winter. Cannot recommend him enough - nowadays it can be hard to find a friendly, reliable, competent and fairly-priced tradesman, but we've got one in Warren and will always use him going forward. Thanks again

Warren from Nupipe was strongly recommended to me by a friend. I needed a plumber urgently as my apartment -used as a serviced accommodation- had a problem with the water cylinder and there was no hot water. I was pleased that Warren could come almost immediately and managed to solve the problem straight away. Thank you Warren!

I can’t recommend Warren at Nupipe highly enough. I called him late in the evening after my husband accidentally drilled into a water pipe while putting up a clock. From the moment Warren answered the phone, he was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring. He took the time to speak to my husband, explained exactly what to do, and reassured us that it would be safe until the morning, saving us the cost of an emergency late-night call-out. True to his word, Warren arrived the following morning and kept us updated throughout. Although I could tell the repair wasn’t straightforward and he even had to go out to get a part, he never once made it seem like an inconvenience. Nothing was too much trouble, and he put me completely at ease at a time when I had plenty of other stresses going on. Warren was efficient, professional, and clearly takes real pride in his work. The fact that he answered his phone so late in the evening, offered genuine reassurance, and then came out first thing the next morning meant so much to us. It’s rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but also so caring and customer-focused. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Warren and Nupipe to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy plumber. Thank you again!

Arrived on time and fixes my shower , I'm a regular of nupipe and wouldn't use anyone else. Reasonably priced and always available would recommend

Huge thanks to Warren for the fantastic service. Our boiler had been acting up, and Warren diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it for a very fair price. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and honest. He left everything tidy and explained exactly what went wrong. 5 stars!
