Paul and Joe fitted a new boiler and new taps, they were very efficient, respectful and friendly and they done a good job at tidying up after themself's and showed me how the boiler works, I'm very pleased with the job I recommend this company. A happy customer I will be using this company again,

On 29 May 2026, Rob Bamford visited us to quote to install Air Conditioning in our Living Room, main Bedroom and Study. We were impressed by his clear explanation of what we would need and how it would work for us. His quote was fair and when we accepted he returned to do a site survey to check details for the installation. This week the installation was done, taking just over 3 days. We were very impressed with the care that Bamfords took in specifying our needs - and very impressed too with the installers Craig and his assistant, who were efficient, clean working and completed the job in very good time. Craig tested each item of the equipment and demonstrated how to work it. I am writing this on day 2 after the installation and can report that throughout, our experience of Bamfords has been excellent. A very good job.

I had plumbing work done in a bedroom. The work was completed to a very high standard. A special mention to Dan and Jack who were polite, pleasant and helpful. Once the work was completed they ensured everywhere was clean and tidy. Great job.

Bamfords are the most dishonest, unprofessional and incompetent company I have ever used. They were contracted for M+E on a 9 month home renovation project and we are still dealing with the consequences of their work and lies almost 2 years later. They also quoted for the building contract but fortunately they were not contracted as their tender was 25% more than the company we used. They were captured on CCTV discussing overcharging us because they believed we could afford it. They admitted to this when challenged. When they were appointed they also proposed applying for a Government Heat Pump Grant even though we did not qualify. We were forced to commence legal action due to their refusal to provide working lights in the property and they continue to be in breach of their contract and consumer law by not providing the specifications of parts of our plumbing system, thereby risking serious damage to our home. They have been aggressive and thoroughly unpleasant to deal with.

I had had a wet room problem for about a year….NOBODY could fix it…. But Bamfords sure did…..excellent company…superb work and planned brilliant to cause minimal disruption…. Cost was perfectly reasonable…. This was the first time I have used them, this is a 100% genuine review….
