Logic installed a new boiler system into our 18th century cottage in Windermere and we are extremely happy with the experience. They were super efficient friendly and helpful through the whole process. The team in the office were super prompt at responding to any queries and the installation team were helpful and friendly. They were happy to work with us to find the best routes for pipes in our quirky house with 3 foot thick walls! We found their quotation competitive and would happily recommend them. We had already used Logic about 4 years ago for a full refurbishment near Appleby and recently had our original engineer Mike install an EV charger for us. Mike was as helpful and knowledgeable as ever, and successfully completed a rather tricky installation for us, given the challenges of the site. My dear friend recently noticed her boiler was leaking. She lives on her own and is vulnerable due to age, health and short term memory issues so, it was important to secure the services of a caring reputable Company. I contacted LOGIC and explained the situation. I spoke to a young lady JADE YOUNG, despite there being high demand Jade quickly reassured me and took care of everything, she dispatched a technician who arrived within the allotted time, he quickly identified the problem, and the solution which required a second visit due to the parts required. To say I was worried that my dear friend would have to wait days without heating is an understatement however, Jade took over again and with care and professionalism made all the necessary arrangements for the required parts to be obtained and her colleague to return the following day. As a consequence of Jade's personal interest and attention my dear friends boiler was repaired and up and running again within 24 hours of me contacting LOGIC. I can't praise LOGIC highly enough and especially JADE this young lady is a real gem and a credit to the Company, I must also acknowledge her technician colleague (I believe his name is) Lewis, he was brilliant throughout, even taking time to carry out a full service before leaving to save us having to make new arrangements. I would recommend LOGIC highly. Thank you.

Tom did a great job of removing a leaky expansion tank on a hot water cylinder . He was quick, friendly and conducted a tricky job with minimum fuss. The Logic Team are always great to deal with and have no hesitation recommending

We used Logic to take out a bath and replace with a shower enclosure. Their work was brilliant! They were on time, clean, tidy and knowledgeable. Giving advice and keeping us updated as they went along. My only issue is they didn't supply any samples of splashboards so we could choose our own, we only got to see what had been picked for us on delivery. Maybe an online samples on quotation would be better. Otherwise it would've been 5*
