My sister had an install done February this year - Full solar and underfloor heating. Still no export tariffs sorted. Cannot use the batteries so using electricity from the grid making the whole solar/battery system redundant. No paperwork for warranty’s. No user guides or tuition on how the system works. As a tradesperson myself I am shocked by this and the fact they are not making any effort to resolve the issues makes me sick. On the flip side she said the lads on site were good, respectful and competent.

It’s with great sadness I have to leave this review. Very very disappointed in the customer service and work done by Bradley and the team. Bradley came highly recommended however I struggle to understand how the business is still functioning. There is a massive lack of communication and pure ignorance from Bradley once your invoice has been paid even when works haven’t been completed (my mistake for paying prematurely even though asked to). Bradley ordered the radiators for my house by “accident” and then failed to deliver them, after much chasing it took 6 weeks to get them delivered. They have buried all our copper piping for the radiators below carpet level which was never agreed upon and is going to cost me even more to get to get fitted now. We had a new vented cylinder fitted by Bradley, this again took 6 weeks to get completed with nothing but excuses about the electrician to finish the job. It has since come to light from having the whole houses repiped with them and having no hot water in our ensuite they had sent 2 cold pipes into the room. Bradley offered to fit out radiators free of charge as a “good will gesture” but again radio silence and I now do not feel confident in any of the work that’s been carried out so will not be having him back. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Please do your research or do not pay until the job is completely finished. I will be reporting this to trading standards as this company is a danger.

READ UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM Wow! When the engineer turns up at the property and immediately removes his boots, you know straight away that he cares about doing a good job. Bradley was able to send out his guy, Max at very short notice, Max kept me up to date by phone about his arrival time, was friendly and efficient and sorted the hot water problem after a trip to get the spares. UPDATE WITHIN A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME IT TRANSPIRED THAT THE FIX WASN'T FIXED AT ALL AND AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS, SEVERAL VOICEMAILS AND A LOT OF IGNORED TELEPHONE CALLS OVER A TWO WEEK PERIOD BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND THEN AGAIN INTO THE NEW YEAR PROBLEM HAD TO BE FIXED BY ANOTHER ENGINEER.

Im very happy with B Wilson, and the service i received.They sent someone out promptly. The guys that came to do the job were very well mannered and professional . I couldn't of wished for a better service. Thanks guys, I know who to call in future.
