For some reason, we had struggled to find a Gas Safe person to install our new gas range cooker at a justifiable & affordable price. I finally contacted Chelmsford Plumbing & Heating who are very local to us in the village. Communications were very good, the quotation was more in line with my expectations, and we were very pleased with Joe who did the work. He turned up promptly for 8am, very courteous & friendly, did the gas connection and work, secured the cooker, adding the cooker trim, tested gas pressures, functionality, moved it into place, did the basic cooker set-up. Very pleased as this has been an on-going project for several months. We would definitely recommend Chelmsford Plumbing & Heating (based on our experience) and would use them again.

Becky handles all the appointment, quotes and invoices efficiently and she keeps everything well organise the plumbers and electricians are always professional. They work quickly while still doing a thorough high-quality job from start to finish. We were very pleased with the service from CPH. Our engineer arrived within the time specified and got straight to servicing and replacing some parts that were faulty to get the boiler back to full working order. Everything was explained to us and we received a full report on works carried out. Our engineer was a lovely guy and we were very pleased with the service that was given and won’t hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend.

We had a boiler failure in early December. It was old a needed replacement. The people at CPH were very helpful and efficient in arranging a visit for a quote within 3 days. The new system being installed 10 days after accepting the quote. Rhys and Ash did the fitting. Very clean, tidy and professional guys. We're extremely happy with the new system. Recommend CPH.
