Very efficient and helpful service.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Marc provided great insight to the different options available prior to me making a decision on the heat pump. Danny was great, keeping close contact and ensuring that i knew when everything was taking place. Nathan and the team whom performed the install were exceptional. Answered all the questions through the process with details explanations on the different aspects. Worked really hard everyday and left everything as you would wish for. Great all round.
Installation team turned up on time and immediately got to work installing the 10Kv battery pack in chosen location. They knew where all elements of my system were installed and explained where they would be installing cable run and whether acceptable. Workmanship was fantastic even to the smallest details, like using two different color cable trunks to match cover of battery box. He explained what had been done then asked if I had any questions. He took me through app on my phone which was updated with the new system elements and guided me through the options. Excellent service
Great experience from start to finish. Kai, Neil and the guys that attended site were v professional
After some hardware issues, EPC have provided some great service, especially when my carpet fitter stapled through the pipes!! Would recommend.
