Greg did our first service on the boiler he installed. Greg was on time and very efficient he has been excellent with the install and customer focus is second to none. I will use Greg for all my heating and plumbing needs. Professional at all times.

As an ex-British Gas Service Engineer I was looking for someone with a similar kind of background and thorough training but with up to date knowledge on the latest kit and controls. After looking around and talking to various boiler installers another gas engineer recommended Greg to me (that says a lot to me). Greg was quick to respond to my calls and texts and went out of his way to listen to what I wanted to do and why. He then went away and did his own research on what I wanted before he confirmed that he was happy to proceed. It was good to find someone who was open to new ideas and was prepared to do things just a little bit different. Nice job, well done. Yes, I would recommend Greg.

Couldn't have been happier with the service. Greg has completed two jobs for me and on both occasions, he arrived on time, took the time to explain everything, completed the job quickly and was transparent and friendly throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Greg or use him in the future for anything plumbing related.

I contacted Greg as he was an approved installer for Glowworm and I thought we had an issue with our Glowworm boiler. His communication was very prompt and he came around the next day, diagnosed the issue with a valve (not the boiler as it turned out) very quickly and had the part replaced straight away. Everything working perfectly. Communication was always good - clearly explained what he was doing at every step. Would recommend.

Greg came over to the house and did a full diagnosis on our old Nibe air source pump and underfloor heating. He made some good recommendations/upgrades. We'll be using Greg to change over all the old thermostats - very happy to work with him and reliable!
