We had our bathroom renovated by Ben and his team and right from the initial planning stage through to choosing the fittings and installation we could've have been more pleased with the finished bathroom. We would certainly recommend them.
After issues sourcing the correct combi boiler, on the day the installers, Tyler and Joe, arrived on time, protected the work area carefully, removed the old combi and fitted the new one returning on day2 to install the flue and reinstate the brick and plasterwork. A commissioning team came on day 2 but detected a minor gas leak requiring a new isolating valve. They returned early on day 3, fitted the new valve, tested again and signed the relevant certificates. All done nearly, tidily, professionally. A great service and at least £1000’ cheaper than a well known nIK urility company, which was unable to quote for exactly the boiler I wanted.
I used CWS for a new combination boiler and can't recommend them enough. They were reliable and really helpful. The engineers worked efficiently and carefully, and offered excellent service throughout the whole process. Really pleased with their work.
Great service, polite, friendly and tidy. Good communication and very pleased with the work they did.
After an initial glitch, everything went extremely smoothly. Ben came out promptly and provided a quote very quickly, which we were happy to accept. Our shower replacement happened a few weeks later on a day and time that suited us and it was carried out in a very professional and considerate manner. Very happy to recommend them as it's rare these days to find considerate trades that actually put the customer first.
