Simon Baxter is a hugely generous engineer. At 5.30pm he generously remotely showed me how to reboot and re start my Nibe GSHP F1145. We identified that the Soft Starter had indeed failed, as I had suspected, and I have booked in to have a replacement and service with Baxter Heat Pumps as soon as an engineer can attend. After several years of poor service from a previous company I contacted Baxter to discuss service and maintenance of our NIBE ASHP. Adam responded to my emails promptly, politely and answered my many probing questions. Today we had Mark the engineer to service and maintain our ASHP and we have been very impressed. Mark checked all aspects of the system including cleaning the NIBE fan/blades on the ASHP, he gave a clear account of what needed to be done and then a guide through the system. The report and invoice were all prompt and did not require any follow up. The whole experience was professional and helpful. Thank you so much, my confidence in service and maintenance of ASHPs have been restored.
