The nicest most helpful team. Called me to help try fix the problem remotely without charge when I made an initially enquiry, and when further investigation was required they came over quickly and were incredibly helpful. Very good value for money. Would absolutely use their services again.
I have had a great experience with Baxter Heat Pumps with all of the team but especially Mark. The appliances are not well understood by most engineers but Baxter Heat Pumps have the most knowledge of anyone I have come across.
Highly recommend Baxter Heat Pumps. Simon arranged an annual service and Mark came to carry it out. I could choose a morning or afternoon appointment, and Mark was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and really helpful. Thank you so much guys.
Great service - on time, explained things clearly, serviced our ASHP and even saved some £s with an honest appraisal of whether additional work was required. Lloyd was great. Highly recommend.
I cannot fault Baxter Heat Pumps Customer Service, they were very efficient & their engineer was very polite & knowledgable. I would recommend their services to anyone
