I had a yearly service on my boiler but the engineer done something that caused a leak, he called down to me using language which I found offensive and he told me I would have to ring vailant with who we got the boiler from as it needed a new part, the leak was definitely not there before he arrived and I know he caused it, I messaged aura for 4 days but they did not get back at to me at all, the service cost me £109 for what I called a bodged job, this caused a lot of upset to me as I have a very poorly husband to which I look after as a carer and to pay that sort of money for half a job is very distressing, I would not recommend aura to anyone..

The Aura team have installed a new heat pump, new radiators and solar panels at our property. Greg, Louis and Alex did a great job. Their professionalism, work ethic, problem solving and communication was second to none. They engaged with us throughout the project to make sure we were happy with their work and suggested changes. We would recommend them without reservation.

I would strongly advise anyone considering taking any services from this cowboy plumbing company to be extremely cautious. In my case, I felt their work was far below standard, and the attitude of their engineer was abusive and threatening. If you are alone or vulnerable, make sure you have a neighbour or other adults in the house. If you dare to get work done on your property by them, make sure you keep a record of their promises, quotations, and agreed work, confirmed in writing before allowing any work to begin. Keep copies of all messages, photographs, and paperwork and, if possible, install CCTV while they carry out the work. I was surprised by the number of fake five-star reviews because they do not reflect the service I received.

I have been impressed with the service and workmanship I received from this Company. From the initial consultation and planning stage with Ben and Alex through to the installation of my hot water cylinder and oil boiler carried out smoothly and efficiently, headed by Greg and his 'squad', Louis, Marshall and Gareth. Greg's interpersonal skills were excellent and he kept me informed throughout the process of the project. There was a great working vibe due to the sunshine and the imminent England Match coupled with some great background vintage tracks. So combined with their hard technical work and expertise, friendliness and communication skills, this was a winning team! Thank you very much and also a special thank you to Daniel who always answered the phone so promptly and politely. I have no hesitation in recommending this Company.
