Absolutely BRILLIANT service (As always). Our 10 year old shower, 🚿 BUZZING very loud. Little bit concerned as The last one Fused, Flashed 💥& BANGED 💣, while i was in it. Phone Harvey Heating. Henry is at our door with 2 hours. Looks at it. Me said. " I want a new one, that BUZZING is worrying me".. This is how much I trust Harvey Heating, I said. " Just go buy me a decent shower".. yes he picked it. Very hard for me to get to the store. Back 2 days later.. Fitted it. We absolutely love it.. The best bit is, I phoned up the next day to pay The Bill... 🤣 Told it's not been invoiced yet, will send it out to you next week...

I have used Harvey Heating for almost 10 years on a site of luxury lodges in Richmond and cannot recommend them highly enough. Ian and his team have completed annual gas safety checks, boiler installations & repairs, plumbing repairs & have always been on hand to offer reliable and practical advise. Being a holiday business means that the properties are busy and usually occupied, Ian and his team have always gone above and beyond to ensure that any issues are repaired/rectified quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption to guests. Ian himself has a wealth of knowledge, and his dedication to his work is outstanding! He’s attended site at all hours, at the drop of hat in emergency situations and even when the snow has made access challenging, he would always get there for us! Incredibly grateful for the amazing service they have provided over the years and there is not anyone else I would recommend for any heating/plumbing works!

I've had a few dealings with Harvey heating now and they've always been great to deal with. Recently I had a boiler pressure issue and they absolutely went above and beyond to come up with a solution and worked through until the job was done. I couldn't have asked for more. Then early the next morning Ian reattended to make sure everything was ok. Now that's dedication for you. 10/10

My boiler power blown in the middle of the night, 2 days before Xmas. Had other heating engineers out in emergency 🚨 and couldn’t sort it. 40 mins with Ian and we now have power for Xmas. Excellent service and very friendly, couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you Steve

Would recommend this company to anyone going forward. Fitted us a new boiler which was quite a job as it was a very old system so not straight forward at all. Also in my sweltering hot porch which is a sun trap and during a heatwave bless them! Ian who owns the business is such a lovely man, who did a fantastic job with Jevan. Such lovely people and genuine work men who you can trust in your home and to do a good job. I will drop these thank you beers off soon!!! 😆

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
