I've been using Earth Inspired for the last 3 years to do our boiler and ASHP servicing and they've always done a good job. Recently when our boiler stopped working, I was impressed that Danny called me back within 10 minutes, kept in constant communication, and managed to fit me in same day. He also got the engineer to help us trouble shoot the problem, which allowed us to use the boiler while we waited for Brian to come out. He managed to figure out what the problem was, and we were back up and running in no time. The service from both Danny and Brian was excellent! I'm still well impressed! I highly recommend Earth Inspired :-)
Since being introduced to Earth Inspired it is very difficult to go anywhere else. They have a friendly and professional approach and have treated our pharmacy premises like it’s their own! Only one phone call is all it takes and they have a vast network of plumbers who can attend, which is backed by a great office support team. They were professional, punctual, and efficient – no waiting around and no issues at all. The team worked cleanly and tidily, and everything was completed to a high standard.
