I've been using Earth Inspired for the last 3 years to do our boiler and ASHP servicing and they've always done a good job. Recently when our boiler stopped working, I was impressed that Danny called me back within 10 minutes, kept in constant communication, and managed to fit me in same day. He also got the engineer to help us trouble shoot the problem, which allowed us to use the boiler while we waited for Brian to come out. He managed to figure out what the problem was, and we were back up and running in no time. The service from both Danny and Brian was excellent! I'm still well impressed! I highly recommend Earth Inspired :-)

Since being introduced to Earth Inspired it is very difficult to go anywhere else. They have a friendly and professional approach and have treated our pharmacy premises like it’s their own! We had a very good experience working with Earth Inspired. From the outset the engineers were engaged with making a system that suited our needs and were responsive and thoughtful during the design and specification. The plumbers were neat, tidy and considerate, and cleaned up after themselves as they went along. There has not been much in the way of teething problems - what there has been was very quickly dealt with. Telephone contact has been immediate and helpful.

First class. We've employed several plumbers over the years, suffice to say, none have come close to the level of service Adam and his team have given us. Very knowledgeable, honest, customer centric and excellent value for money.
