Over the past 18 months Eco Installer delivered a complete renovation of the heating and energy system in our house. They swapped an old gas boiler for an Ecodan 7.5kW air-source heat pump, installed a new hot water cylinder and high output radiators, Eddi hot water diverter, 7kw rooftop solar panel install, MyEnergi 10kWh house battery and inverter, and JK underfloor heating system. They delivered a high quality service and install at every stage. Despite the volume of work, they kept disruption to a minimum and completed the works to schedule, working alongside other projects in the house. Their team is knowledgable and responsive, and despite being an early adopter of the MyEnergi system they handled it all smoothly and were happy to discuss my questions and advise on the best approach. The system has worked perfectly since day one and the house now runs almost entirely off-grid throughout spring and summer, even whilst charging an electric car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to install a renewable energy system in their house.

Repeat customer here - once for an air-source heat pump and more recently for a battery storage system. The team were willing to go the extra mile and form a new relationship with the company I wanted to supply the battery, and went through the training required to become an accredited installer. I also talked extensively with them about installing solar PV too - I found them to be honest and pragmatic, and will be back for a solar installation hopefully in the near future.

Eco Installer fitted an Air Source heat pump in my home this June.My old system was an absolute nightmare to remove but all of the engineers were brilliant.They were prompt very knowledgeable,patient and kind.The job was done efficiently and took less time than I anticipated. Eco Installer have just fitted a Mitsubishi air pump system to our house and we are delighted with the equipment and their work. The heat pump was installed on our patio with the plant within our garage. The office staff and engineers were a pleasure to work with offering polite and professional service at all times. The installation is very neat looking, and all achieved with a minimum of fuss or inconvenience. My biggest praise for the company would be their communications. If they said it was going to happen - it happened, and at the timescale provided. We did not help matters by contracting Covid 19 during the final phase of commisoning. Our predicament was treated sympathetically, and the work delayed until our recovery. Having a heating system installed in the July heatwave means we haven't yet been able to test the equipment out in anger, but I have every confidence in the quality of the equipment and workmanship of the installation. I was surpised, however, that the price given did not include insulation of all the pipework within our garage. However, this was a simple and cheap diy excercise, and is now finished. That does not distract from our overall gratitude and praise of Eco Installer for their work in supplying and fitting our heatpump system. November 2022 addition: The system works perfectly.

My parents heat pump system gave up just as the weather turned cold. Big eye watering job, but needed replacing ASAP. Turnaround time couldn't have been quicker, the engineers who did the install were all sound and did a tidy professional job. I'm still blown away by the lagging..
