Very responsive and the installation engineers managed to do no damage to the exposed floorboards when moving a radiator. Great service.
Eco Installer gave excellent service and after care throughout the whole of our new self build project. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable giving expert advice and help in every aspect of the installation of our air source heat pump, underfloor heating, bathrooms and kitchen. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
It's been an enjoyable experience, the whole team have been thoroughly professional, reliable and friendly. The PV array looks great and we are delighted to see how much money we are saving! We highly recommend Barry, Rebecca, Ashleigh and the whole team.
I had a Stiebel Eltron ASHP and cylinder fitted. Coming from a technical background I do have a understanding of these systems so I had the usual 3 quotes, Eco installer was the most expensive! But the others were clearly slap it in as cheap as possible to keep as close to the boiler upgrade grant as possible, remember the old saying "quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten" also Stiebel Eltron is a more expensive system. From the start Eco installer filled me with confidence and I could tell these were people I could work with. The installation Engineers took pride in getting the installation perfect....the pipework is a work of art and I could not have asked for more. Why only 4 stars.... Eco installer is 5 star + but stiebel technical was the let down when it came to a problem with the firmware, such a shame they don't understand there own product or listen to what the customer is saying when a simple Google search reveals it's a known problem.
Contacted Eco Installer for installation of solar panels with battery storage. The entire process was carried out in a friendly and professional manner. Suggestions that we made about the installation were taken into consideration and not dismissed. Our roof orientation is not optimal but Eco Installer came up with a design that gives us the best possible outcome. Overall very pleased with the end product, thanks Eco Installer.
