Pure Service installed our Waterdrop X12 water filter under the sink and did an excellent job from start to finish. They drilled a neat hole in our quartz worktop for the faucet, connected everything perfectly, and even took all the packaging and rubbish away. Fantastic experience, professional, tidy, and efficient. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Used Pure Service to instal a mixer tap and to deal with a non flushing toilet. The latter was extremely difficult to repair with hidden and old damaged pipework. Tom persevered, and improvised until it was successfully fixed. He also replaced the tiling perfectly.. The receptionist Lucy was also very helpful and managed to find my preferred mixer tap.

We recently used Pure Service in Cambridge and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The rest of the team were just as impressive. The flooring fitters did a fantastic job, working efficiently and finishing everything to a really high standard. In October 2025, I had a kitchen unit to build, which required a delicate touch in cutting the cornice and assembling a marble-like wall surface. I am very grateful that Pure Service sent Luke; he was very attentive to detail and, thanks to his extensive experience, the results were excellent. Other carpenters came to see the work done, and they also confirmed that the job on the cornice was a high-quality, meticulous job.
