Just had Lewis from Pure Service across to fix some plumbing. He arrived dead on time and had the whole issue resolved within 30 minutes. A real professional. A very charming person and very polite.
Using in this instance, their heating and plumbing department, Pure Service Ltd. provided a high standard of Customer Care. Their engineer Matt Still was extremely professional from beginning to end: arrived timely, was neat and tidy; and had an in-depth knowledge of both the problem and the solution.
