I contacted Monster Heating and Cooling yesterday evening about a boiler issue at one of my rental properties, and I have been so impressed with their service. They were at the property before 9am this morning, quickly assessed the problem, and provided a clear quotation for the work. What really stood out was Fiona in the office, who went above and beyond by calling around multiple suppliers until she found the required parts in stock and available for immediate collection. Thanks to her persistence and the team’s efficiency, the boiler was repaired within just a few hours. This meant we avoided leaving the tenants without heating and hot water for several days while waiting for parts to be delivered. I am absolutely delighted with the speed, communication, and overall level of service. We will definitely be using Monster Heating and Cooling again and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service from Wayne and his team at Monster. We’ve just had our air source heat pump repaired and serviced, and the experience was second to none. They are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, as well as responsive, efficient and friendly to deal with. Highly recommend!

He completed the job efficiently and clearly explained the options for replacing the system when the time comes. Excellent service from start to finish.

All my expectations of this company were fulfilled: they replaced my boiler for a Worcester Greenstar 24Ri boiler, and the hot water cylinder for an insulated one. William Bell, who was in charge of my project, was brilliant, and I had complete confidence in him. All of the people (4) who worked for the company were polite and cleaned up well. I thought it a little expensive - but I guess you get what you pay for!!

I have had a boiler service. Very good service. All details of my boiler were checked, it was a real service not just rushed one like some other places. The professional arrived with shoe covers to enter the house which was really appreciated too. The team over the phone was also very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend them.
