Eco Partners recently installed a solar panel system on our house. We needed a bit of help with the inverter and the GiveNergy app, and they kindly agreed for one of their engineers, Armani, to pay a call to us to do the job. Armani was outstanding in his skills levels, his patience with us, and his rapport skills. He had had a long day on the road, and he was a pleasure to have here, helping us. Since Eco Partners took over looking after our solar, we have had nothing but positive experiences. When you telephone the office, you always speak to a real, helpful and friendly person who ensures that you are directed to the correct person. We have had an upgrade to our battery at a very good price, fitted by an excellent young man who took great care with the installation and ensured everything was left clean and tidy before he left. He also moved our enphase box to where we can access it, the original installation was in the corner of the loft. This was at no charge, I’m sure if Eco Partners had done the original installation it wouldn’t have been placed in an inaccessible spot! We cannot recommend them highly enough, what a great company with a great team.
What a great company. From speaking to Bobby at the start when getting a quote and discussing requirement, to then working with Julian on the install requirements, and then Andy and Jake on the days of installs, the team were fantastic every step of the way. Always there to answer queries, fixed my issues with the DNO and got everything rectified where needed. Great quality install and no requirement was too much. Fantastic team and would welcome them back any day!
