I recently had a heat pump and hot water tank installed to replace my combi oil boiler. From my initial contact through to the installation, the service has been excellent. Josh explained how the BUS Grant worked and then let me know I was eligible for an extra grant due to the remoteness of my property - happy days! And Conga managed the whole process, so I didn't need to get involved. They were incredibly thorough when preparing the quote and I had a site visit to double check all the details ahead of the instal. Tony who carried out the installation was also excellent and within four days I had a fully functioning system and plenty of hot water. And a final site visit from Josh to ensure all had gone according to plan. Really happy with the workmanship - very professional, friendly and helpful.

Attention: if you’re truly considering having a heat pump installed, please do not waste your time shopping around doing the three quote routine ! I contacted Conga and Josh arranged a site visit. He carried out a in-depth survey of our property and took the time to explained the system and address any concerns I had . I received the quote and we decided to go head after all our concerns were addressed. The BUS grant was dealt with by Conga and approved . We agreed installation date . Both Josh and Matt turned up on a Monday morning and set to work . I can honestly say the standard of workmanship is exceptional, nothing was too much trouble and they were clean and tidy every night before going home . The electrical team was also excellent again fantastic workmanship . Once the system was fully installed and functioning the system controller was fully explained. Post installation the system was remotely monitored and a visit from Peter with his expertise and knowledge on making certain tweaks so the system was running at the optimum performance level for your property . Peter is always available should you need further advice or support. I certainly made one of the best decisions choosing Conga for this technology. I’d therefore like to thank the team for such hard work dedicated and exceptional service. You deserve all the success which I’m sure will come in the future.
