Early performance is already exceeding the design expectations, with strong COP figures in real-world use so far. Very happy with the heat pump installation and would highly recommend them.

Very happy with our heat pump installation. It was quite a large one, with slightly complex pipework, but the workmanship was excellent and all the guys very pleasant to deal with. We’re still getting the hang of the settings, but so far so good!

EcoFuture have transformed our home and we couldn't be more pleased. They have been professional throughout and so caring of us and our house during the installation process. They have been back lots of times to check on things and improve efficiencies as they get more data out of the system. We used to have expensive to run and difficult to control storage-heaters and now we have an amazing air source heat pump instead. The system just runs itself and the house quietly stays at a lovely warm, comfortable temperature without any input from us. It can easily make the house toasty-hot even when it is -5 outside. Don't believe all the things you read in the Daily Mail; the technology does work and works really well - you just need the right designer/installer and EcoFuture are definitely the team for the job. As well as our heating system they also completed a full home re-wire, new lighting, bathroom installation and structural work on the kitchen. This meant that we completed a big project all under the supervision of one team - this massively reduced the stress of managing lots of different contractors myself. The quality and attention to detail has been impressive. We will definitely save thousands of pounds from our energy bills moving forwards, but we have also slashed our environmental impact and have a lovely warm house with no fossil fuels consumed on site whatsoever.

Paul has serviced our boiler for many years now. He always calls to arrange a convenient time, and also on the day. He is very friendly and I would highly recommend EcoFuture.
