Had a disastrous experience with Ukem. They installed solar but the workmanship was very poor. The design by Chris was terrible. I don’t think I’ve heard anyone put more panels on the north side of a roof than the side, but that’s what Chis did. Then they installed 2 scratched panels and left with a hole in the roof. I was the one that found the problem a few days later. I couldn’t believe they left the job in this state. They did come back and repair it but left promptly so I couldn’t check. Then the one member of staff left on site decided to be very rude and admitted there were loads more tiles broken but couldn’t do anything about it. These are cowboys. I would never recommend them.
Guys were on time every day and did an outstanding job. The work was so neat it was an art form ! They answered all my questions and explained everything to me. They cleaned up after they finished and were really friendly. I was really impressed with James and Adam and would recommend them anytime. The electricians and roofers came just over a week later which was awkward being without hot water and heat as I am ill and rely on these things. However I understand that the situation meant there wasn’t another option. All six guys were extreamly polite and helpful. Due to a connection issue they were still here at 6:30pm resolving issues but assured me that the system was up and running. I was very grateful to Adam’s team (different one to the plumber!) and toms team for their hard work and professionalism.

Uken3tgy management group ltd are trustworthy.helpful.they undertake the progress of work carried out to the end. Staff are helpful genuine and extremely considerate to there customers. ewe had a heat pump fitted.yes we had hurdles but staff @ ukemg ltd ensured any delays where rectified without delay. Install team plumbers and a extremely hard working electrician worked to impeccable standard. Choose this company for any form of there services. Both ourselves are reg disabled and this was taken into consideration regarding installation. Thank you for all your help
Can't express highly enough how the company sorted our solar/ heat pump installation and funding. They supported us fully through the process and chased up any concerns quickly and efficiently. The contractors that came along to install everything worked well in difficult circumstances with the excessive heat. They were friendly and efficient. They worked long days to get our installation complete. Thank you
