We have used ECS Easy Clean Services for many years and have always been totally satisfied with their service, so when we had a plumbing emergency, we had no hesitation calling ECS Plumbing & Heating. We were not to be disappointed with their rapid response. Taking ownership of the problem; with a few exchanges of photos and details by Whatsapp the fault was diagnosed, costed and a same day visit offered. The call out fee was very reasonable in view of the response time, and an engineer was booked to visit with a couple of hours. On time, once on site the engineer was friendly, courteous and totally competent with total respect for our home. When the job was finished, he took the time to double check the repair, ensure that the system was working perfectly and there were no leaks. Being totally satisfied with the service offered by all the staff at ECS we have no hesitation whatsoever recommending them at the highest level.
