Shocking company massive turnover of staff the owner Ross squares up to his own employees if they don’t do as they’re told even if what they’re told is to fit boilers and heat pumps completely the wrong way the only way this company has 4.7 stars is their own staff putting as many 5 star reviews as humanely possible steer well clear of ecs may be nice to customers faces but work is absolutely not to manufacturers standard at all

Excellent experience with ECS from start to finish. The communication was clear, friendly and well organised. The team arrived on time and carried out the air source heat pump installation efficiently and professionally. The engineers were knowledgeable, respectful and left everything tidy, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. The Passiv Smart Thermostat and mobile app are quite straightforward to use and provide good control over the system. While it doesn’t stand out in any major way, it works reliably and does what we need it to do. Overall, a very positive experience and we would be happy to recommend ECS.

I would like to thank ECS for resolving the problem with our boiler. We have had issues almost from the initial installation, which was not carried out by ECS, and subsequently nobody seems to have managed to correctly diagnose the fault. I must say thanks to Tom for his expertise and desire to get to the bottom of the problem.
