I had a Vaillant heat pump installed by Ectotherm in November last year. I was really pleased with the whole process. From start to finish, Chris explained everything very clearly, from the quote stage, the actual installation, to the controls when everything was installed, he went above and beyond my expectations. The heat pump is working really efficiently, my house is toastie warm all of the time, it’s really been tested over the winter months and my bills are less! As the company is MCS accredited, I was able to get the government grant of £7500 towards the work. I would, without hesitation, recommend Ectotherm they were excellent.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
