Why is no one answering the phones or emails. My roof is leaking. Is this the service you provide? Just had a roofer look at roof. Its now going to cost me £1.5k to repair the shabby work you have done.
Would give 0 stars if this was an option. Did our flat roof in July 2025 We have since had a leak - 3 months of chasing with near zero response. 2 planned visits for remedial work and they just don’t show up. They don’t answer the phone. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had - avoid like the plague. Damage is now significant on not only my wall, but also my neighbours due to eco giants ignoring the issue. Mould also developed.
Hi from the first phone call to even after the installation. The Eco Giants team have been nothing but polite and professional in there approach. From helping me plan and advise me on what was the best system I could get for my money. The install team were efficient and courteous. Any queries or questions I had were treated with respect and understanding. I'd like to single out Danny because he could not do enough to make every thing go well Thanks to all the team John
They have some really good workers, but the office staff and the way it’s run really let this company down, would avoid at all costs
DANGEROUS WORK. WATER INSIDE MY ELECTRIC FAN DUE TO FAULTY/CHEAP EQUIPMENT USED. CANT GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM NOW. Arranged through eco grant for flat roof insulation, terrible finishing and thwy put in a bathroom fan which is leaking and the plate has debris falling theough from the roof due to it being a cheap non compliant fan. Water leaking into electrics has tripped my electrics which cant go back on because of it being dangerous. Can not get hold of this company now. Not answering the phone and not answering emails. If this gets sorted out i will change my review.
