DANGEROUS WORK. WATER INSIDE MY ELECTRIC FAN DUE TO FAULTY/CHEAP EQUIPMENT USED. CANT GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM NOW. Arranged through eco grant for flat roof insulation, terrible finishing and thwy put in a bathroom fan which is leaking and the plate has debris falling theough from the roof due to it being a cheap non compliant fan. Water leaking into electrics has tripped my electrics which cant go back on because of it being dangerous. Can not get hold of this company now. Not answering the phone and not answering emails. If this gets sorted out i will change my review.

I would like to highly commend Nick and Brad for the brilliant job they have done insulating my roof. It was a more complex job than expected but they worked extremely hard to complete the job, we're very courteous and professional. Would also like to thank Jake at head office for keeping me updated on progress and arrangements made for work to be done, always very polite and helpful.

Jordan and Anthony delivered a professional reliable and tidy service. The insulation is like an internal winter coat polished off by glass like plaster improving the original aesthetic. I was also impressed by their kindness and customer service skills; they went the extra mile by assisting the delivery driver with offloading due to my poor health. Finally the said guys were also diplomatic after defusing my landlord by reassuring her that their work methods preparation and risk considerations were fully implanted to ensure a long lasting quality. I would recommend ‘Eco-Giant’ to my friends family and community since the whole treatment has been uplifting.

Where do I start , they do what they want when they want no notice of the work starting or scaffolding going up even tho the First Lady that knocked on the door said oh no they don’t use scaffolding clearly doesn’t have a clue what she’s on about , then saying we need extractor fans in the bathroom and kitchen which they never said about also trickle Vents to the windows , then tried to tell me they did tell me about this ,this company is run by Mickey Mouse , when they finished there was many problems with the roof I found no reply to emails rubbish and bits of insulation everywhere ! Left the guttering filled with stones and dirt ,screws all over the garden literally and shocking company , no sign of any guarantee certificate avoid just a cash grab company fleecing the government

First class job from Oliver, Blake and rest of crew insulating internal walls. Everything explained clearly, cleared up after, and really nice chaps to have in your house for a few days.
