Ian and his team installed a Heat Pump, new piping/radiators and a hot water tank in our property. From the initial survey through to installation and handover, the team was professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The workmanship was excellent, everything was left tidy, and they took the time to explain the new heat pump system clearly. Communication was great throughout, and I felt the project offered excellent value for money given the quality of the installation and service provided. Thanks to Ian and the team for a fantastic job.
Ian and his apprentice installed a replacement tank after our old one sprung a leak. Ian was friendly, honest and explained it all very clearly to me. Installation was very quick, completed in a morning and they were very clean. Thanks again to Ian and his team for the prompt, quality service!
Ian and his team have done various works for me over the years, from fitting new radiators to fitting a new boiler and various other plumbing works. Had an issue with hot water and Ian and the team came out on Monday morning and by afternoon it was all fixed after some diagnostics from Ian to get to the route cause. I would highly recommend Ian.
