Peter, the owner arrives as notified by message, big smile, and obliging. The boiler performance was checked, and results shared with myself. The service was conducted, followed be a clean up. We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
