Was very impressed despite them having the busiest of days they still managed to fit us in early evening. Am partially disabled and had no heating or hot water over last weekend. On Monday was given EPPH’s address in Ipswich and went round to their office. The staff said initially Wednesday to Friday to get to me, but when they found I was disabled they sent 2 men round that afternoon. The men who arrived got the system going again and found the problem. The bill was very fair and I’d just like to say the staff in the office and the men who attended my house were diamonds. We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
