We had an en-suite completely refurbished by LJP and are very happy with the installation. The few minor snags were put right within a week or so. The LJP team were friendly, polite, caring and efficient. We will certaily use them again and have recommended them to family and friends.
First job for some minor plumbing work was completed with a prompt response work completed professionally and earlier than expected due to cancellation. Second job to replace down pipes and out door pip work completed by Liam and Josh to a high standard and Liam help source a pointer who cam the next day to address some remedial work that was required.
Great experience from start to finish. LJP plumbing helped my mum - battling stage 4 cancer - refit her bathroom for low mobility . The quote was prompt, fair and detailed. The install plumber and supporting trades were professional, friendly, minimised mess, and flexible (we had to make last minute changes to accommodate a wheeled shower chair). The new bathroom looks great. Would highly recommend LJP plumbing for elderly bathroom refits.
Liam and his team were fantastic from start to finish. From the moment I got in touch for a quote right through to the finished job, everything was spot on. Great communication, excellent workmanship, and a genuinely friendly, local business that clearly takes pride in what they do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, you won't go far wrong using these guys.
Having worked with LJP and the team recently, I would highly recommend this company. They completed two large jobs for my partner and I and on both occasions were very professional, clean, respectful and at all times considerate of me (as I worked from home while they worked). They took the minimal time possible but both jobs were completed to a high standard, taking into account additional requests from my partner and I. There was a hiccup with one installation which Liam and the team handled incredibly well and resolved very generously. Also, Sophie, the administrator, was a pleasure to speak to albeit via email! Thank you again to the whole team who supported - you were fab :-)
