An exceptional company whose whole ethos by the owner of the company is customer satisfaction even if that means extra work for their Tradesmen. (He did telephone me to make sure I was satisfied with the service, which I most certainly am.) This company stepped in when I had dug myself a metaphorical hole with what turned out to be a poor roofing company. Eureka took over and provided their own roofing expert who carried out a full roof renovation before fitting in-roof solar, storage batteries and updating my aging electrical system. Their staff from customer liason a lovely chap Huw who couldn't do enough, to Brenda who maintains a tight ship in the office and all their hardworking technicians who provided 2nd to none quality workmanship. I must give a special mention to their roofing consultant Tayo who with help from his workmate Robbie completed a full strip and build of my roof (no easy task as it's a 1870's cottage) the work was truly outstanding. What I have said in this review is hand on heart truth and would and do recommend them to all who want a 5 Star Plus experience. Just for those sceptics among us who think this must come at a extravagant price, their invoice was cheaper than most of the national advertised companies and this is a local North Wales Company. I would say find out for yourself if you don't believe me, you will not regret it.

We would definitely recommend Eureka to anyone considering solar. From our initial contact right through to completion, the whole experience was very professional. They took the time to understand our needs and gave us honest, helpful advice on the system best suited to us. I was particularly impressed with the installation. I had been concerned about the amount of wiring involved, having seen other installations where the wiring was quite untidy, but I needn't have worried. Everything was installed very neatly and professionally, with the wiring well organised and out of sight as much as possible. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and all the rubbish and packaging was removed, leaving everything clean and tidy. We are very happy with our new system and would have no hesitation in recommending Eureka to others.

We recently had a solar and battery storage system installed by Eureka and were really impressed with the whole experience. We run a holiday letting business, so timing was important - the work had to fit into a tight gap between guest bookings. Huw and the team were great throughout: everything ran smoothly and they actually finished a day ahead of schedule, which made a huge difference for us. Everyone was friendly, hardworking and clearly cared about doing a good job. The site was kept tidy, communication was excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble. We'd happily recommend Eureka to anyone considering solar.

We have recently had a complete new MVHR System fitted by Eureka in our bungalow. They took all the old system out and deposed of it, then they fitted the new system with all new pipe work and sealed fittings in all the rooms. The work was completed in 4 days by Mikey and David who were absolutely brilliant lads and workers, when they had finished everything was spotless. Thankyou to both of you. Since the system has been installed my wife and I have noticed a real improvement in bungalow as to air quality and cleanliness as the old system was not fit for purpose. We would have no problem in recommending Eureka, really good service and really good workmanship. Once again Thank you to Mikey and David.
