After a issue with a solar installation from another company, Eureka was able to get the job done to a highly professional standard and even went above and beyond fixing my chimney. Have now transferred my inverter over to them. Highly recommended company!

Eureka have just recently installed a new heat pump. From initial contact to completion, all appointments and my requirements were handled very professionally by the office staff. The installation was carried out to a high standard by the plumber and electrician and both respected my house and were very approachable ✅.I appreciate everything that Eureka have done for me and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Mark and his team have been knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, professional, and they've done a fantastic job. We are delighted with the solar panel and battery system that they have installed, and would highly recommend Eureka to anybody considering a similar installation.

I commissioned Eureka North Wales Ltd to install an extensive 26 panel solar system (in-roof and on-roof) with GivEnergy suite comprising Battery, Gateway, Inverters and Car Charger. The work was estimated at 5 days. Mark has a team comprising all trades applicable and they work as a close-knit unit, particularly if kept lubricated with tea and coffee. I was impressed throughout with their attitude, attention to detail and work ethic; the site was always swept clean and checked safe for vehicles at end of each day. The installation required remedial work to the roof and I added a new house consumer unit to the mix which extended the work by 2 days. Considering the size of the job, I was impressed and grateful that it was completed flash to bang in 7 days. The end product is all that I hoped for. GivEnergy software is not the most user-friendly but the hardware just sings to you. Eureka are first port of call for any snags arising and an Inverter glitch was dealt with the day after notification; happy days. I absolutely recommend Mark and Eureka to anyone contemplating an in-roof solar system. Big shout out to Tayo and Mike (roofer/installer), David (ground to roof) and Liam (electronics).

Thank you to Mark and the Team at Eureka for their excellent service and supply of solar panels for our off-grid property. This has been a game changer for us! Their attention to detail, help, support and friendly service cannot be faulted. They are easy to contact and they work with you to get the right install that works best for you. They were persistent in solving any teething issues and clearly take pride in their work and service to ensure the install meets expectations. Eureka also upgraded some of our electrics. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to others. Thank you to all at Eureka.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know you’re properly qualified and certified to install heat pumps?

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).

Can you tell me if a heat pump is actually suitable for my home?

We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.

What type and size of heat pump will you recommend for my property, and why?

We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.

What will the full installation cost be, and what’s included in your quote?

Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Can you help me access government grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme?

Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.

How much disruption should I expect during installation, and how long does it take?

A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.

Will I need to replace my radiators or upgrade anything else in my home?

After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.

How noisy is the outdoor unit and where will it be installed?

Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.

What warranties, servicing and aftercare do you provide?

You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.

What running costs and savings can I realistically expect compared to my current boiler?

We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
