Gave Tom a call when our boiler stopped working and he came to have a look just 2 hours later. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair but Tom came back 2 days later and installed a new Viessmann boiler. We are very pleased with it and Tom made everything clear and easy to understand. He also kindly let us borrow a couple of heaters to keep up warm until the installation. Highly recommended.

I have been using Asset Plumbing & Heating Ltd for the past 3 years to have my boiler serviced and in that time I have never experienced any problems after the work has been completed. Tom is always very professional, courteous, tidy and clean when he is working. He is also very knowledgeable and will always answer any questions without hesitation that you may have with an expert explanation that is easy to understand for those of us that do not have his same knowledge and experience. Asset Plumbing & Heating recently fitted a heat pump as a replacement for our broken gas boiler. Firstly their initial communication was prompt, clear and concise. And from that point onwards everything that we agreed or promised was delivered exactly as expected. The quality of all the workmanship was very high, they were extremely knowledgable so are able to advise how best to run the system, and every detail was completed with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend Thomas. I required him for an emergency call out late in the afternoon of New Years Eve. He was with us within 2 hours and kept us up to date on his location. He managed to fix the problem within the 1 hour call out charge and used the remaining time to provide a general health check of the boiler. Thomas clearly knows his stuff and I will be using him again in the future.
