My wife and I are buying a house which had a solar panel system fitted by JM Renewables back in 2022. Unfortunately the vendors had moved out due to ill health and it appears that much of the house paperwork was mislaid during the move. As we are 'Solar Newbies' we were concerned to find any instructions, warranties and, I now know, the relevant MCS and other certificates for the installation to be allowed to connect to the mains. It is so pleasing when a company stands by its products and customer service especially when I have acquired the system from the original purchaser. My review is in praise of the excellent service provided by Sheila in the JM Renewables office. She dealt personally with my enquiry from start to finish, clearly explaining the documents needed and forwarded copies over to me which I have now included in my own house documentation pack. A top class service from a top class company!

Having changed my WiFi , I then set about changing everything but came to a halt with my give energy system. The first phone call was to Alan it was nearing the end of the working week but he did try to help me and to send photos of the offending units this was then taken up by Alicia who passed on all the information to help me to get back on line but unfortunately I have 2 internal dongles so rang Alicia again and she contacted an engineer who went online and said it’s a bit involved so we made an appointment and the entered Gareth who arrived on time and he obviously knows his stuff as 10 minutes later both dongles are up and running, my app is working as it should. Customer service great Engineer great Customer over the moon Many thanks Howard

Gareth & the team worked efficiently and tidily, completing the job in a day and a half. Nothing was too much trouble for Gareth and he was very patient when explaining the technology and helping with online registration etc. Thanks to all the team on site and in the office.

Just had an EV charge point fitted, couldn't be happier, very professional from start to finish, and the lads who turned up, were extremely helpful, Luke one was called couldn't have done enough, helped me set up the App and went though everything with me. Very happy. I'd definitely use this company again.

JM Renewables have just completed the installation of solar panels, battery storage, air source heat pump and ev charger at our home. Workmanship was excellent. The team that installed the equipment were very polite, professional and always ensured the areas left clean and tidy. Even when they had an issue with the heat pump, they kept me informed as to the action being taken with the manufacturer and arranged a replacement to be fitted. Overall cost was competitive against other local companies. Highly recommended.
