I experienced excellent service from survey to commissioning of a solar PV system installed by Neutral Energy! The installers were courteous and considerate to my tenant, he is saving on his electricity bills and the EPC for the house has gone from a 'D' to a 'B'! Thank you to the team at Neutral Energy!
A very efficient contractor who responded promptly to all our concerns and sorted out all the problems with our heat pump (installed by someone else) and solar panels. Very easy to deal with and very pleasant personnel. Would highly recommend
Ross was very friendly and provided a great service, fixing the leak on our underfloor heating system quickly.
I had Dan and the team put in solar panels and a heat pump, quick, professional, friendly and efficient from the quote to the finish, recommended.
What a wonderful experience. From Charlotte's first visit to Ryan, Kris and Ross making sure we were happy and talking us through everything before they left. Unbelievably friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They arrived exactly when they said they would, carried out each day the work they said they would, and left everything clean and tidy. We went for the full works (heat pump, solar panels, smart inverter and battery) and we're very pleased we did (while it's not yet the depths of winter, our electricity consumption has gone down in spite of us now using electricity for heating and hot water rather than gas). Ryan also carefully removed our gas boiler so that we could pass it on to a family member. When we asked Ross whether we should have had a bigger or second battery he simply replied 'We don't like to oversell. See how you go over the winter and we can always talk again.' Exactly the opposite of a hard sale! Completely recommended. 11/10!
